Virtual Health Visits
All new consults are done on Telehealth by video or phone. Infusions and Injections will be scheduled in-person at the Vitality Lounge after you are enrolled in a program.
- You must be 18 and older and be able to sign your own consents for regular consults
- Sports Physicals are $15 (ages 12 and older)
- We do not accept any Insurance plans
- You can submit your visit invoice to your insurance or HSA account
- Your orders, labs, or local pharmacy prescriptions might be covered by your insurance if accepted
- You must be located in a state we service: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, DC, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming
