Initial consults are done online through Telehealth. Save time and book online today!
- 18 and older and be able to sign your own consents
- Insurance is not accepted
- You can submit your visit invoice to your insurance or HSA account
- Your orders, labs, or local pharmacy prescriptions might be covered by your insurance if accepted
- You must be located in a state we service
About Your Visit
Prior to your visit:
- Complete your health forms that will be sent to your email.
Your provider will:
- Review your health forms and reason for seeking our care.
- We will develop a shared plan of care.
- Send medications if appropriate.
Branded medication requests:
- We will send branded medications to your local pharmacy at your request.
- Call your local pharmacy and verify your price and coverage for the branded medication.
- Verify that your pharmacy has the branded medication in stock.
- You will be required to pay for a visit with each branded medication prescription or prior authorization request.
- 90-day prescriptions will be prescribed if requested at the time of your visit.
