Appointment Information
Telehealth Sick Visits
All sick consults are done on Telehealth by video or phone.
- You must be 14 and older. Under age 18, must have legal guardian complete the paper work and be present for the visit.
- We do not accept any Insurance plans
- You can submit your visit invoice to your insurance or HSA account
- Your prescriptions might be covered by your insurance if accepted at your pharmacy.
