Fee: A visit fee will be charged. This includes your consult and 1-month prescription sent to your pharmacy (Medications is not included)
Prescription cost is based on your pharmacy.
Bloodwork is required by month 4 and then yearly and is not included in price.

Are medications included in the price?

No. Our prices are the consult and processing fee. Medication options include:

Cash price quote for medications and supplies shipped to your home.
Prescriptions and supplies sent to the pharmacy you chose. Prices based on pharmacy and insurance coverage.

How do I inject my medication?

In person teaching is available at the Vitality Wellness Center.

Standard TRT can suppress sperm production. If you want to preserve or improve fertility, discuss Enclomiphene or other fertility‑preserving strategies with your clinician.

Are labs included?

Lab costs are not included. You can request a cash price if you do not have insurance coverage. If you have insurance, we can send an order to Quest. We do not guarantee your insurance will cover your bloodwork.

No. We do not do long-term contracts. You pay per visit for the consult.
